As a Promoter (f/m/d) you will support our organization in pre-sales and sales activities to offer portfolio for distribution grid automation for utilities as well as industrial and infrastructure customers. You will act as the main point of contact for your regions, participate in the various activities during the RFP acquisition process and empower the sales force through ongoing technical sales support, presentations and training. During the bidding phase, you will be the first point of contact for our sales force in the regions and help shape their success.
What part will you play? - In your position as a promoter, you will achieve your goals by promoting short-circuit and ground fault indicators as well as distribution network automation.
- You will act through sales in the different regions at our customers. You will focus on the products SICAM FCM/FSI/FCG/EFI and SICAM 8 Power Automation).
- You empower and motivate the sales force to build and grow additional business through your professional support.
- You proactively conduct presentation, roadshows, webinars and trainings for colleagues, customers and partners from various industries and create the necessary documentation and concepts.
- You will work in a professional team of promoters and Technical Sales Support to achieve jointly set goals.
- You have professional marketing at your disposal to transport your content to customers.
- You create promotional activities based on market visibility and implement them independently.
- You evaluate customer needs and requirements and support the creation of optimal applications and offers.
- You are the interface between the market and product management and provide valuable input for product development. In doing so, you support the corresponding business cases and customer-specific requirements.
- In addition, you identify and build multipliers in different regions and actively support your colleagues in growing the business area.
- You will be a role model for the regional managers to influence and grow the sales organization in relation to distribution grid operators, industry and infrastructure.
What you need to make real what matters. - You have successfully completed your master's degree in electrical engineering or a comparable education.
- In addition, you have a strong sales affinity together with high competence in the technical environment.
- Professional experience in power supply with distribution network operators.
- You have a good understanding of the operation of medium and low voltage networks and the equipment of local substations and switchgear.
- Experience with in communication via Modbus, IEC61850, IEC60870-5 is an advantage.
- Interest in new digital and cloud based solutions for this domain.
- You are motivated and creative to find optimal solutions for our customers in a high level technical environment.
- For this purpose, you have strong communication and outstanding presentation skills (verbal as well as written) in German and English and convince customers and colleagues of your solutions.
- You work in a results-oriented manner and drive your topics forward with initiative.
- With your intercultural competence you are used to work in an international team and ideally you speak German and English.
- Focus is Europe, partly international travel (30-40%).
