Job Description - Sales Process Optimization: Enhance and streamline sales processes and methodologies. Implement tools and strategies to improve sales cycle efficiency.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations. Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards.
- CRM Management: Oversee the use of our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and management. Train and support sales team members in using the CRM effectively.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations. Provide logistical and administrative support where needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and product updates.
- Training and Development: Coordinate sales training programs. Help in onboarding new sales team members.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales targets and KPIs, providing reports to management. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a B2B software environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
