About the Program

ALLEX is the international graduate program of the Air Liquide Group for talented and ambitious graduates from all over Europe. By joining the program, you will have the opportunity to bring a major contribution in your team and to develop your skills on a professional and personal level.
As an ALLEX participant you will:

Directly hold a position of responsibility e.g. in Project Engineering or Management, Logistics, Sales and Business Development, Procurement and many more
Experience working abroad for two project assignments within Europe (3 months each)
Benefit from an international network: through events, development programs and mentoring
Discover new business lines and working environment
Constantly increase your knowledge about what our customers do
