Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented PR Specialist with proficiency in German and Dutch to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in public relations, including writing press releases and fostering strong media relationships. In this role, you will support our PR and influencer outreach efforts in the Netherlands and Germany, contributing to Lemmo's visibility and brand recognition in the market.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance Lemmo's brand presence and visibility in the Dutch and German market.

- Write compelling press releases, news articles, and promotional materials in both Dutch and German.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and partnerships.

- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing regular reports and insights to the team.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, social media, and product teams to align PR efforts with overall brand objectives.

- Organize and coordinate press events, product launches, and media interviews.

- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Lemmo at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

- Proven experience in PR, communications, or media relations, preferably within the tech, automotive industry or with startups.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and Dutch, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

- Fluency in English is also required as the Lemmo team operates in English.

- Strong storytelling abilities and a creative mindset to craft engaging narratives and pitches.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.

- Demonstrated track record of securing media coverage and building successful media relationships.

- Knowledge of the Dutch media landscape and familiarity with key influencers in the region is a plus.

- Passion for sustainability, urban mobility, and innovation.
