Static Equipment Design Engineer (m/f/d)

for Air Separation Units

Your responsibilities:

• Identification of operational and design potentials in static equipment of industrial gas production plants.

• Evaluation of the current state of the art and development of new concepts and designs for plant equipment.

• Technical specification, configuration, design, and review of cryogenic air separation units

• Interfacing with our suppliers world-wide in R&D projects and monitoring of manufacturing quality.

• Participation in commissioning, follow-up, troubleshooting and evaluation of equipment.

Your skills:

• Engineering background with a degree in chemical, process and/or mechanical engineering, or equivalent

• Experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is desirable.

• Sound understanding of mechanical construction schemata, drawings, and P&IDs

• Fluency in written and spoken English, good German language skills desirable

• Willingness to travel world-wide (approx. 25%), Schengen-area work permit/visa or citizenship
