We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Dutch speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a important role in our international sales team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales opportunities and nurturing customer relationships. This position is ideal for a confident individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Through outbound activity, the SDR actively and continually seeks out key persons in qualified accounts to build relationships and develop new business opportunities. The key metrics that define a highly effective SDR are qualified appointments set and new business pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will be successful in the following:
Customer Identification:
- Proactively identify potential customers through market research, cold calling and analyzing industry trends.
- Conduct targeted outbound activities to reach potential customers and generate interest in our products/services.
Lead generation:
- Generating qualified sales opportunities through effective communication and presentation of our products/services.
- Work with marketing teams to identify marketing-qualified leads and convert them into sales-qualified leads.
Communication and relationship management:
- Build and maintain customer relationships through clear and persuasive communication.
- Responsible for initial contact and initiating conversations to deepen customer interest and identify needs.
Lead qualification:
- Qualifying leads against pre-defined criteria to ensure they meet the needs of our sales team.
- Collaborate with sales reps to ensure qualified leads move seamlessly into the sales process.
Documentation and reporting:
- Thoroughly document all interactions in CRM systems.
- Produce regular reports on the progress, performance and quality of leads generated.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Persuasive presentation skills and the ability to convey complex B2B SaaS Solutions clearly.
Sales Techniques:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or as an SDR with demonstrable achievements.
- Solid understanding of sales cycles and techniques.
Research and Analytical Skills:
- Experience in identifying and analyzing target companies and decision-makers.
- Industry knowledge and the ability to conduct targeted market analyses.
Organizational Skills:
- Effective time and resource management.
- Meticulous documentation and maintenance of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Technological Competence:
- Familiarity with Recruiting platforms and other HR SaaS tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent applications.
