As a team assistant in our Berlin office, you will support us with performing various administrative tasks and be the contact person for our clients. This position is a true hybrid role where you will be involved in many aspects of the business.
You will help organise client events in the office, take care of daily correspondence and be the contact person for our internal and external partners. You will ensure that our events run smoothly and that we leave a positive impression on our clients – from the initial enquiry to the day of the event.
In this role, you will also take on administrative tasks for the sales team and support other teams within the company.

What you need: - Bachelor’s degree, diploma or completed commercial apprenticeship preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Fluency in German and English required
