We are growing fast and are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) who is contributing to a successful BI landscape at our company. BI owns all data warehouse processes and aspires to consolidate data across all teams in the company.

What you can achieve

• You lead the data analytics and reporting circle within the BI and contribute to other circles.

• Being close to the business and identifying opportunities means you bring our expert perspective to a broader audience.

• That said, you are responsible for translating business needs into dashboards, visualizations and reports, from data requirement to the actual building of these.

• You understand the underlying assumptions of customer lifetime value, profit and loss statements, customer journeys and marketing allocation.

• Together with the team, you extend and shape our data products even further.

• From adhoc analysis to defining data inputs for your dashboards, you support leads in making strategic, data-based decisions and derive recommendations for actions.

• You enable users to use and customize our tools on data analysis and reporting.

• You work in an agile and forward moving team and want to learn continuously.

What you bring

• 2-3 years experience as BI Analyst/Data Evangelist, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

• Ability to connect matchmake business leads with data environments.

• Hands-on experience in utilizing Tableau and creating easy-to-understand dashboards.

• Extensive experience in analysis of a performance marketing and user tracking environment.

• Comprehensive understanding about data warehouse processes and practical experience with SQL and databases.

• First experience with data modeling and cloud technologies.

• Fluent English skills, we’re an international team.
