We are looking for a new colleague to join our UE Services Team at one of our campuses /40 hour a week as soon as possible, who shares our vision of excellence in education and who is committed to making a difference in the lives of our students and staff.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Support the management of the Student HUB team
- Assist Student HUB planning across all Campuses
- Managing all staff training and development
- Assist in development of policies and concepts for the Student HUB
- Assist in creation and revision of Student HUB rules and regulations
- Ensuring compliance with or optimization of processes
- Controlling and ensuring service quality
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels in the department and training schedules are in place in close collaboration with management
- Significant experience in student services management in Higher Education including team leadership experience
- Experience in working with CampusNet
- Very good knowledge of German & English, both written and spoken
- Independent working style and team spirit, Cross-functional as well as service-, process-oriented and analytical thinking
- Sense of responsibility, self-motivated, proactive thinking and agility complete your profile
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of higher education law, e.g. in examination law as well as in the preparation of appeal and de-registration notices and study contracts, and experience in higher education administration
- A minimum of three years management experience in the HE student services management field
- Degree in related disciplines
- Experience in leading and managing teams
