Deine Aufgaben

Accounting solutions for transactions - Your diverse activities include the preparation and support of initial public offerings (IPO) and capital increases on the German and US capital markets. You will also be involved in the preparation of prospectuses and the necessary financial information (e.g. pro forma financial information and profit forecasts). Further responsibilities include compiling and preparing financial information, especially for transactions (e.g. carve-outs or combined financial statements).

Exciting consulting projects - You will be involved in an advisory capacity in the introduction of reporting systems suitable for the capital market. In addition, your work includes advising on the conversion of accounting standards from HGB to IFRS/US GAAP/Chinese GAAP and complex accounting issues.

Highly topical issues - You support our clients, for example, in the digital transformation of finance and accounting processes. You are also responsible for advising on environmental/social/governance issues and sustainability in the transaction area.

Dein Profil

We are looking for graduates in the fields of Economics, Business Administration, Business Mathematics, or a comparable course of study.

Positions are available for individuals at entry level, or for those with several years of – possibly international – professional experience in the above-mentioned areas and a high affinity for solving complex problems.

You have analytical skills and an affinity for numbers.

You also have good theoretical and practical knowledge of national and international accounting.

You are characterised by your ability to work in a team, communication skills and ability to show initiative.

You are a committed personality with a high level of dedication and have a fluent command of German.
