Preferred qualifications:

Experience in working with tech Operations, scaled policy enforcement, and content moderation regulations.
Experience in support operations, scaling an operation, and vendorizing processes.
Knowledge of spreadsheet softwares, SQL, HTML, and/or Python.
Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills.
Ability to speak and write in French, German, or Mandarin fluently.

Responsibilities

Manage a team and set a roadmap on our legal removals strategy for YouTube in EMEA. Provide technical project management mentorship across multiple projects and focus areas such as tooling, transparency, and scaled operations.
Plan and implement strategies for management of regulatory pressure and compliance efforts that scale to multiple markets.
Manage removal requests efficiently and accurately, including trademark issues, counterfeit issues, defamation issues, court orders, and requests from government agencies.
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding YouTube's legal removals processes. Design and drive process improvements and infrastructure solutions to scale our operations and enhance operational quality.
Develop internal and external educational materials, and design new workflows to support the strategic directions of the business.
