We, as the Sales Operations team, aspire to enable our Sales teams to execute our strategy of delivering the undisputed best inventory for Modern Explorers. Our goal is to maximize the impact of our team's actions on Supplier Acquisition and Optimization. Our company-wide efforts stretch from target setting and prioritization to enablement of Sales teams via CRM and training.
- Set up and own our Sales Training function
- Conduct needs analysis to determine and plan internal-facing enablement training and presentations
- Develop training curriculum, objectives, modules, and scripts that fulfill the learning goals in an optimized manner for the learners
- Conduct virtual and in-person (sales) trainings
- You develop and oversee world-class onboarding, continuous development, and offboarding processes
- You implement and maintain a culture of KPI-based sales coaching and development with the Sales manager
- You facilitate and support the implementation of new processes, tools, communications, training, and methodologies to ensure the Sales organization's success.
- You collaborate with subject matter experts in determining learning objectives and target audiences, e.g. Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Success
- You drive Sales excellence forward with local leadership in our Sales offices around the globe and Inside Sales at our headquarters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- >3 years as a B2B Sales Trainer for large Sales teams
- >2 years of B2B Sales experience as an individual contributor
- You are an excellent communicator who can excite and coach other people
- You don't shy away from conceptual or analytical challenges
- You have an ownership mentality and will do what is necessary to drive results
- You love to travel and visit our global sales offices regularly to conduct workshops
- Ideally: Experience in the travel industry or another industry where relationship-building is key to win
- Ideally: Experience with Salesforce as a CRM
