Venture Development Intern in Berlin bei BEAT81

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with our management and cross functional teams to support strategic projects and to take over the execution
• Analyse current processes, find optimization potential and own the implementation
• Support creating operations and expansion playbooks
• Drive analyses, prepare presentations and remove blockers
• Be responsible to break down your key results in different workstreams
• Support and execute our daily operations in different sub-teams

YOUR PROFILE

• Enrolled into or graduated from a top-tier university in business, engineering or another related field
• Gained first experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, high-growth startups, VC, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset and solution oriented way of thinking
• Hands-on mentality and willing to get your hands dirty
• Strong organisational and structural skills
• Entrepreneur by heart (you love building things from 0 to 1)
• Fluent in English and at least B2 German
• Passion for fitness and sports
