Aufgaben
In the Transformation Projects team, you will be part of a young and dynamic environment located in France and Germany. We are an international department working on groupwide transformation projects of large scope with a direct exposure to top management, as well as to the heads of business units and central functions.
As a member of the team, you will develop strong project management skills and make a tangible contribution to the development of the Group You will be required to interact with contacts in other locations (Switzerland, Tunisia, United Kingdom, as well as the top management of the bank.
You will also develop skills in organising, analysing and solving business/operational problems, structuring and monitoring budgets, and leading and coordinating project stakeholders. This will also be an opportunity to gain insight into the Group's different business lines, developing an understanding of both business and operational
challenges.
Your main missions will be
- To set up the project framework and goals together with the sponsor, Managing Partner or Senior Manager of the Group: define the project governance, tools, timeline and task list & responsibilities.
- To coordinate, during the project, streams work, leverage appropriate experts and be the main point of contact; having in mind the idea to optimize and adapt business processes in cooperation with the business
units.
- To monitor the delivery in time and budget.
- To prepare reporting updates for the top management.
- To support change management and be, internally, an ambassador of the project.
Anforderungsprofil
Anforderungen - You have an advanced or successfully completed university degree in business administration, economics, natural sciences, or engineering.
- A first experience in project management as well as in banking is considered as an advantage.
- You show a good understanding of our businesses, processes and IT systems.
- You demonstrate excellent presentation structuring skills, good verbal, written and analytical skills.
- You have very good proficiency of English. Additional language skills in French and/or German are considered as an advantage.
- You are available to start immediately for a minimum of 4 months.
