• Enrolled student in relevant studies such as International Business, Sports Management, Business administration

• Interest in and passion for project management

• Excellent English skills (verbally and written)

• Very good MS-Office skills

• Strong communicator, independent and well-organized working style

• Highly committed and flexible team player, creative and detail-oriented

• Starting date: 01.11.2023; Duration: 6 month

• Support the Creative Project Management team in handling the creative marketing campaign plans

• Support the creative briefing process for internal or external agency execution

• Coordinate meetings and internal creative reviews with creative team and all key stakeholders

• Support overseeing project status calls, presentations, etc.

• Support in the development of key project management/strategy/budget decks

• Coordinate the creative KPI feedback loop for all major campaigns with global and regional counterparts

• Support the production team with product & sample handling for photo and video shoots
