Aufgabengebiet:

Als Operational Excellence Manager im Außendienst mit dem Schwerpunkt Hämatologie-Onkologie (m/w/d) für die Region Süd sind Sie als Mitglied im Steuerungsteam der beiden Sales-Regionen verantwortlich für den Erfolg des Vertriebs unserer innovativen onkologischen Produkte beim Onkologen und anderen relevanten Facharztgruppen. Sie beobachten und analysieren den Markt und reagieren umgehend durch die Anpassung und Empfehlung im Kreis des Steuerungsteams. Sie sind geübt im Umgang mit modernen Analysemethoden des Außendienstes und treiben den Accountmanagement-Ansatz regional voran und ziehen auch hier alle analytischen Möglichkeiten zu Rate. Diesen verknüpfen Sie zielgerichtet und kundenfokussiert mit Omnichannel-Strategien, um die Execution der Customer Journeys zu optimieren und zu monitoren. Die regionalen KPIs analysieren Sie und geben Empfehlungen zur konkreten Umsetzung. Kundenprofilings und Segmentierungsmaßnahmen unterstützen Sie kompetent und mit viel onkologischem Marktwissen.

Voraussetzungen:

• Sie haben idealerweise ein natur- oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen und haben zudem bereits Erfahrung in der Onkologie oder in anderen Specialty Care Bereichen.
• Erfahrung in den Bereichen Account-Management oder Marketing sind vorteilhaft.
• Sie sind gewillt Ihre regionalen Kompetenzen ständig zu verbessern und Ihre analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten stellen Sie in Ihrer täglichen Arbeit laufend unter Beweis.
• Zudem verfügen Sie über gute Englischkenntnisse.
• Mit den Analyse-Tools des Außendienstes gehen Sie sicher um, sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
• Sie nutzen Ihr kommunikatives Talent, denken konstruktiv und strategisch, um Potentiale in der Region Süd zu heben.
• Mit Ihrer erfolgsorientierten, gut organisierten, eigenverantwortlichen und teamorientierten Arbeitsweise überzeugen Sie Ihre Teammitglieder und tragen damit zur Erreichung der gemeinsamen Ziele innerhalb der Region bei.
• Der Umgang mit modernen Kommunikationstechnologien ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
• Räumliche Mobilität und Flexibilität sowie die Bereitschaft zur Übernachtung sind unerlässlich.
