Job Description

This is a remote position.

As Dezigndia’s UX designer, your role will be to create user-friendly solutions for complex digital products in a dynamic, collaborative and innovative environment. You must have empathy for the user, a deep understanding of the user-centered design and strong analytical abilities. You must have an understanding of technical limitations as well as business strategies, backed by a knowledge of efficient design processes and tools. You should also be proactive, curious and passionate about everything in UX and other areas of design and innovation.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Preparing, conducting and analyzing user interviews and tests.
Should be an expert in creating user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups & prototype
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers along with design handoffs
Ability to work in an Agile development environment
High levels of self-direction, innovation and imagination
Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continuously improve skills and raise quality standards

Qualifications:

2-4 years of UX design experience
Proven experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
Expert-level knowledge on UI designing tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
Ability to clearly explain design decisions & create user flows & UX Documentations
Collaborate with other designers, product managers, engineers and clients to take ideas from conception to release along with prototyping
Identifying and solving UX issues, visual design problems and the ability to come up with innovative solutions with modern high fidelity user interfaces Organized, attentive to detail and user-focused
