• Ensure all storerooms are secured at all time.
• Ensure that all received goods are stored in their correct location.
• Maintain monthly physical inventory.
• Maintain supplies according to company standard on maximum/minimum par level.
• Print out the approved requisitions from JDE system and prepare the ordered items in advance ready to pick up from the requested department.
• Reorder the stuffs to be refill in the par level.
• Allocate expenses from issued orders to each department who requests.
• Ensure that all requisitions are fully completed and checked before being released to the respective departments.
• Ensure all requisition done of confirm shipment by daily basic to MC.
• Maintain storerooms, fridge, freezers, passageways, floors, walls, office areas and door areas, so that the highest degree of sanitation is kept.

• Diploma / Hotel School graduate
• At least 2-year experience as Storekeeper in a five-star luxury resort.
• Fluent in spoken English.
• Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
• Good civil or storekeeping knowledge.
