Market analysis & strategy
- Developing and implementing product strategies that aging with Boehringer Ingelheim global objectives
- Plan and conduct market research to understand global market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape
- Leading the charge in generating insights from a variety of sources is your duty, including competitor and customer behavior as well as product and market performance.
- Spearheading the development and execution of Integrated Asset Plan (IAP) and associated journeys/tactics, you'll collaborate with various teams and agencies to support our brand strategy.
Product development
- Your role involves creating innovative marketing programs that adhere to Boehringer Ingelheim policies and Global regulations, setting the standard for compliance and creativity.
- As a strategic partner to MLR, you'll aid in the understanding of new channels, data, and capabilities, and drive the evolution of tactics and strategies.
- You will lead, learn and share insights, open mises and solution oriented approach is necssary
Project management
- Taking the lead in crafting and managing brand budget with predicted engagement and sales forecasts to ensure a satisfactory ROI.
- Managing product lunch timelines and ensuring that milestones are met.
- Coordinating with international teams to ensure smooth projects rollouts across different countries.
Communication & collaboration
- Maintaining excellent communication with corporate colleagues, sourcing teams (external agencies, internal) and international brand teams.
- Working very close with focus markets marketing teams to ensure the marketing strategy is effectively implemented
- Performance monitoring
- Pioneering new approaches to capture market insights through digital and 3rd party programs is your task, and you'll manage the delivery of universal learning to OPUs, educating them on the impact of tactics and channels in driving behavior and customer insights.
- Tracking product performance in different markets and making data-driven decisions to optimize the product success
- We're seeking candidates with minimum Bachelor/Master degree in Life Science, and proven long-term experience in human pharma marketing on international position or in big country
- Experience in the therapeutic area of specialty care, particularly in rare diseases such as rheumatology or pulmonology, is highly desirable. We're looking for someone with product launch experience, especially on a global scale, and additional professional experience in digital marketing and/or customer management.
- We need a Team Player with strong communication skills, who prefer to work in collaborative, cross-team capacity.
- This work requires an excellent strategic capabilities and analytical skills to manage large cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional customer focus is key; we're looking for someone who can gather and work with deep customer insights to drive dynamic brand strategies and tactics.
- Flexibility and ability to work in rapidly changing environment is necessary.
