INTRODUCTION
Your responsibilities:
Support the users in the different departments (Sales, Sales Operations, Operations, Finance) on a daily basis.- Analyse requirements for our CRM platform based on the Salesforce (Sales/Service) Cloud / ADvendio.
- Be the contact person for all technical questions concerning our Salesforce system and document processes.
- Advise and design possible solutions based on the requirements of our sales department.
- Deploy appropriate solution designs from the Salesforce Cloud.
- Implement the requirements in Salesforce in an agile development process, technically and primarily configurative.
- Take care of the operation of the solutions used, as well as their further development.
- Make customizations and enhancements in Salesforce and implement changes on your own.
- Experience with deployments tools and Dataloader.
Your profile:
- You bring more than 1 year of working experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven expertise of offering Salesforce consultancy.
- Good understanding of Salesforce flow. Experience in creating reports and dashboards. Clear understanding of sharing settings and salesforce security practices.
- Experience in workflow migration is a plus.
- Experience in documenting & compliance processes.
- Comfortable in preparing user guidelines.
- You are fluent in English (German and/or French are a plus);
- Experience in Sales/Service Cloud, experience with ADvendio/CPQ process is a plus.
