We are looking for a seasoned professional to be part of our Talent Acquisition team.
The medicine of the future does not invent itself. Smart people do that. We make sure that BioNTech has access to these people.
Your responsibilities in detail:
- As Specialist* Talent Sourcing, you will be responsible for identifiying and approaching potential candidates
- In collaboration with the recruiters, you will define the requirements of the position and the sourcing strategy
- You will use creative approaches to expand your talent pool: search in digital business and social networks, X-ray searches, events, scientific publications and other channels
- With conducting initial interviews to qualify potential candidates in terms of professional, personal and cultural fit, you will be a trusted point of contact for the candidates and will ensure they have a positive candidate experience starting from the very first interaction with BioNTech
- For future requirements, you will develop and maintain talent pipelines
- As a positive brand ambassador, you will inspire interest in the opportunities we have to offer and make a significant contribution to placing a candidate
What you have to offer:
- 3 years plus of experience in Recruiting with a focus on Active Sourcing across all business areas as well as experience in various social media and other platforms to attract and engage with talent
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry as well as in a fast growing company would be an asset
- Ability to adapt quickly to various tools and internal business practices that enable us to scale fast
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills as well as close alignment to our company values
- Experience in various applicant tracking systems, SAP SF will be ideal, but not required
- Fluency in English, German considered a plus
