Internship in Leadership Development starting February/March 2024 in Stuttgart bei Mercedes Benz Group AG

The Talent and Leadership division stands for "new learning" and that is our program, in everything we do. We accompany executives worldwide on their personal and professional development path and support them in the transformation of our industry.

The focus of our department is on Leadership Development Programs - from the conception to the rollout of management training. New impulses such as leadership in an agile and digital context are of particular importance here.

We work closely with our internal and external partners around the globe. As part of your internship with us, you will have the opportunity to work on many exciting formats.

Your tasks with us include:

• Researching trends and innovative methods in leadership development, change management, and coaching
• Supporting the planning, organization, execution and follow-up of leadership trainings in virtual and hybrid contexts
• The creation and revision of eLearnings
• The creation of training documents and materials
• Active participation in virtual and hybrid trainings
• Supporting our social intranet communities, which promote the exchange of information among managers

In addition, Mercedes-Benz Group AG offers you the opportunity to develop individual learning and interest areas for your professional and personal future on your own initiative during your internship.

• Course of study: business administration, communication sciences, educational science, psychology or a comparable course of study
• Secure knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• IT skills: Confident use of MS Office; creating and revising presentations; knowledge of digital tools and platforms desirable
• Personal skills: Team spirit, enjoy working in a team, confident demeanor and strong communication skills, reliable and independent work ethic
• Other: enthusiasm for our brands and interest in the topic of new learning
