We are looking for a Data Analytics Expert (m/f/d) for our international Process Excellence & Digital Solution Team in the heart of Berlin. The Process Excellence & Digital Solution Team provides effective and highly efficient end-to-end processes, drives optimization, increases efficiency of services to achieve harmonization and standardization. We partner with senior leaders and an array of internal partners, focused on delivering positive business results and establishing business processes to improve reliability, increase simplicity, and enable growth.

This exciting position will be permanent and full-time.

Your tasks:

Successful implementation of data analytics projects - within the agreed timeline and budget - along with stakeholder communication
Translate functional requirements into technical designs, following the enterprise architecture guidelines, and work through project lifecycle stages
Develop scenarios together with the process owner and process excellence manager and continuously expand the use of data analytics, data mining and process mining
You support KWS with implementation of analytics solution with new technologies/databases architectures e.g. S4 HANA, Python for Analytics and ML
Contribute as an SME to expand data analytics capabilities within the departments by developing and coaching users on best practices
Govern and manage the projects including third party technology providers
Monitor and analyze the reports and dashboards to provide recommendations to improve the performance and accuracy
Analyze and subsequently propose the industry standard methodologies and strategies to improve data integrity, data quality, data consistency and storage policies enabling efficient data management

Your profile:

Preferably an academic degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a similar field.
Relevant experience in the field of Data Analytics / Engineering
Several years of experience in the field of data sources extraction, transformation, and visualization tools (e.g. SAP S4-HANA, SAP databases, R, Python, SQL, Power BI, Data Warehouses, Azure Data Factory)
Experience in S4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, CDS Views and SAP functional and process (such as FI, MM, SD) knowledge is a big plus.

You speak fluent English. Speaking German and/or other languages is a big plus.
