Using battery energy storage solutions (BESS) to support applications like peak shaving, PV solar self consumption, time of use optimization or grid-boosting for EV-charging infrastructure, where France and Spain are focus areas for Pixii’s business development. Contracts are already signed and there are lots of ongoing activities. To further drive our success in those areas we are adding a dedicated Sales Manager F + ESP to our sales force.
In this position you will:
- Be the face of Pixii to Key Account Customers and OEM´s which use Pixii modular BESS in all relevant BESS applications like peak shaving, PV self consumption and time-of-use optimization or EV-charging
- Know the markets from distributors, to installers and end users and OEMs
- Drive sales efforts and develop Pixii’s footprint in the French and Spanish markets
- Understand the challenges of companies with regards to electricity cost, grid constraints and energy savings to achieve CO2 reduction targets, etc.
- Work closely with Pixii product management and European sales team to provide market insights and customers requirements
- Play an active role in sales processes from bid to closing deals together with sales
About you:
- Bachelor’s or Maters degree in business administration, Engineering, or equivalent education
- Sales experience related to energy storage or renewable energies is a great advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage commercial contracts and pricing agreements.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans
- Outspoken and comfortable in front of larger crowds.
- Fluent in English and French, Spanish language skills in addition would be considered a bonus
