Jodel was launched in 2014. The idea of Jodel started when we realised that despite countless products in tech, there was no fast and simple way to connect with people around us.

Your mission
- Shape a strong, fun and productive company culture that employees want to be a part of
- Define and execute the concept for our future hybrid working setup
- First point of contact for People Operations, HR Admin issues as well as external service providers relevant to you.
- Draft the guidelines and FAQ documents to our company policies
- Maintain our internal databases and assure it stays up to date as new hire come
- Manage our payroll process
- Facilitate and optimize all steps of the Employee Experience (Onboarding, Offboarding...)
- Enrich the cultural by organizing the best team events
Your profile
- Passion for HR and ideally 2-3 years of working experience in office management, event management, or HR.
- You feel very comfortable in the role as an all-around talent in the daily office routine. That means: strong organizational and prioritizing skills and handling multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment is no big deal for you.
- You are very familiar with the MS Office applications. Knowledge with Personio is a plus.
- You approach challenges proactively.
- You are fluent in English and German.
