We are growing all the time and very rapidly. To strengthen our teams in accounts payable and accounts receivable within our finance department for our site in Hattersheim am Main for an early as possible start date, we are therefore looking for two Financial Accounts Clerks (m/f/d)
Depending on your preferred area, you would bring technical expertise in either accounts receivable/or accounts payable. Simply indicate in your covering letter which of these areas “excites” you the most.
What would be my responsibilities?
For accounts receivable:
- Enter and post bank statements
- Independently run the weekly dunning process
- Accounts receivable reconciliations
- Cover for accounts payable
- Support the monthly and quarterly final accounts and in the day-to-day business

What ideally do you bring to the role?
- You will have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and already have some professional expe-rience in financial accounting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, be reliable and demonstrate great attention to detail
- Have at least a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (desirable but not a must)
- At least a good knowledge of written and spoken English
