Project Overview:

The client is one of the largest and most respected public health insurance providers in Germany.

Client is looking for experienced developer who have extensive experience in developing IT interfaces with the ServiceNow Integration Hub. You should have already implemented several full-life-cycle interfaces with REST APIs and be competent in programming with Java/JavaScript.
You should have a deep understanding of ServiceNow and the Integration Hub and be able to develop effective solutions for the integration and connection of various ITSM systems to the Client' ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of IT interfaces with the ServiceNow Integration Hub;
Design and creation of REST APIs (JSON/MXL) for IT interfaces to various ITSM systems;
Experience in current ServiceNow development methods (scripting, business rules, flows, triggers, actions, spokes, etc.);
Troubleshoot and troubleshoot issues that arise;
Collaboration with other team members and the contact persons of the ITSM systems to be connected to develop optimal solutions;
Documentation of developments and technical support if required in the hypercare phase;
Know-how transfer to the client in the form of citizen developer routines and training.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in ITSM tool developments and 2 years of experience in development with ServiceNow, especially IT interfaces with the Integration Hub;
Very good knowledge of Java / JavaScript;
Extensive experience working with REST APIs (specific JSON format);
Ability to find effective solutions;
Strong communication skills;
Experience in developing:

System interfaces such as LDAP, Jira, ServiceNow, Data Warehouse, SAP, monitoring;
Process interfaces such as Incident, Problem, Change, Config, Service Request and Catalog etc.
