About the Role
We are actively seeking an Experienced Digital Account Executive for our Enterprise and Commercial Customers to join our dynamic Salesforce team. This vital role is designed for a professional with a substantial background in steering and advancing digital transformation projects. Your primary focus will be on leveraging Salesforce's comprehensive suite of solutions, encompassing Data, Marketing, Personalization, Loyalty & Referral Management, and Commerce. In this position, you will play a key role in identifying, cultivating, and securing high-value business engagements with both new and existing clients, assisting them in realizing their digital transformation goals with these multifaceted Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Strategically target and develop new business prospects for Salesforce's Data, Marketing, Personalization, Loyalty & Referral Management, and Commerce solutions within the enterprise and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with potential clients, aligning our diverse solutions with their long-term business objectives and digital transformation needs.
- Champion Salesforce's suite of solutions as essential tools in addressing clients' unique requirements, driving business innovation and digital progression.
- Craft and present sophisticated, high-level presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the strategic value of Salesforce's suite of Digital Experience solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements, generating significant new business and broadening strategic customer relationships.
- Manage a substantial pipeline of opportunities, ensuring progress is tracked and deals are concluded effectively and promptly.
- Provide strategic, ongoing support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing the value they derive from Salesforce's suite of solutions.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, data management, personalization, loyalty and referral programs, and e-commerce, providing expert advice to clients and delivering cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or Sales Representative in the technology sector, with a proven track record in high-level deal-making.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, data management, personalization strategies, loyalty & referral programs, and e-commerce principles.
- Profound industry knowledge in sectors such as Retail & CPG, Financial Services, Telco & Media, Tech, Manufacturing & Utilities.
- Expertise in Salesforce's Data, Marketing, Personalization, Loyalty & Referral Management, and Commerce solutions, with the ability to articulate their strategic benefits and applications.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging with clients across various levels, including technical experts and senior business decision-makers.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Advanced negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a track record of securing significant new business and expanding strategic customer relationships.
- A goal-driven mindset, passionate about achieving ambitious objectives in a high-stakes business environment.
