Experience Centers are innovation hubs delivering an interactive and immersive experience to visitors. SAP Experience Centers make SAP’s brand, products and innovations tangible and deliver a memorable customer experience.
Our team is responsible for the operational excellence at SAP’s Experience Center in Walldorf. We are planning and organizing an outstanding customer experience for customer visits and events. As the flagship center at SAP’s headquarters, we are pioneering innovations and scaling best practices to other Experience Center locations around the world.

Face an exciting work environment at the SAP Experience Center Walldorf and be part of our extensive student community. We are looking for a self-driven and highly motivated intern who has some technical understanding and passion for operational excellence.
In this role, you’ll:
- Be responsible for the daily technical and operational support in the Experience Center jointly with other colleagues.
- Prepare the customer specific set-up for tours in the center.
- Be in touch and communicate with SAP stakeholders and executives as well as customers and partners in the preparation phase and during the visit.
- Drive a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to effectively solve issues.
- Lead on campus tours in Walldorf for worldwide visitors.
- Support the team on operational excellence, project management and reporting with a strong attention to detail.

Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and stays curious.

- Good technical understanding/basic technical skills.
- Strong communication skills (German and English).
- A customer-centric mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to details.
- Proactive in time management.
- A team player.
- Open-minded and flexible.
- Work experience is an advantage (e.g., internships, working student assignments).
We are looking for an intern who will support us for 6 months. You must be enrolled at a university during the internship.
