Distribusion is quickly expanding globally and looking for a Partnerships Manager to join the Retail Partnerships team in Berlin to drive the strategic growth and performance of some of our key partnerships. You will shape the future of some of our most crucial partnerships and dive into exciting new collaborations, with a focus on the transit planning space. The role will require you to wear many hats and certainly not leave you bored!

What you will do:

• Take charge of our essential partnerships with key retailers in the transit planning sector
• Lead and inspire the Retail Partnerships team to achieve new levels of success
• Ensure their ultimate success by maintaining and expanding a network of relationships and managing cross-functional project deliveries
• Collaborate closely with our product teams to keep our technologies ahead of the curve in the industry
• Manage the operational support team responsible for launching new operators on transit planning platforms
• Support our supply partnerships and sales teams in finding operators who can benefit from the retail opportunities you're creating
• Identify and onboard new partner platforms that can leverage our transit planning technologies

Who you are:

• Proficiency in coordinating and leading projects across product, engineering, customer support, sales, and finance teams.
• Experience in managing stakeholders at a high level, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• A proven ability to pick up new, especially technical, topics quickly and with excitement.
• Demonstrated experience or understanding of e-commerce dynamics, booking flows, and proficiency in interpreting conversion and performance metrics
• Previous experience thriving in a high-performing environment, particularly in start-up or consulting settings
