What you bring to the table
Full-time student of electrical engineering, physics or communications engineering with good to very good grades,
Motivation, initiative and interest in new things,
Ideally, initial knowledge of high-frequency engineering, optics or semiconductor physics.
The prerequisite is full-time study at a German university or college. The position requires physical presence in Berlin.

The monthly working time is up to 80 hours. The position is initially limited to 6 months.
