Key responsibilities:
The job holder will be reporting to the Site Manager of our Warehouse:

Manage, supervise and provide leadership for all aspects of the Customer Service team activities, driving implementation of commercial and operational strategies

Manage and drive adherence to standardize processes and tasks

Organize, coach, challenge, develop and remunerate all direct reports
-
Directing FINOPS - incoming invoices and correct charge to our customers in strong core relation to our financial site controler

Leading Customs admins in core relation to coustoms authority and Maersk our internal customs experts

Provide proactive daily support to the team
-
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support

Support global Care Business Partners and KC community in growing the business while keeping the required standards of the service

Promote E-commerce channels

Analyze business activities and suggest solutions

Provide regular coaching to direct reports enabling the development of the leadership pipeline
We are looking for:

Excellent understanding of Logistics / process/procedure/practices
-
Experience in Contract Logistics is a plus
-
Leadership experience would be an advantage
-
Strategic planning and goal setting relating to the department and to the position

Affinity for numbers

Excellent Excel knowledge
-
Strong skills in networking and building up of core relations with internal and external stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German /English)

Ability to work under pressure
