Excel and VBA Developer working student

Working field:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student with strong skills in Excel and VBA code. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to maintain, develop and enhance our internal tools and processes. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional setting while contributing to meaningful projects

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Excel Models: Create, update, and optimize complex Excel spreadsheets to support various business functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
VBA Programming: Write and debug VBA code to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and enhance the functionality of Excel models.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, propose solutions, and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Documentation and Training: Document developed tools and processes, create user guides, and provide training to team members as needed.
Power Automate Integration: Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to improve business processes and data management.

Requirements:

Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, formatting, pivot tables, and data visualization.
Strong VBA programming skills with a track record of developing and troubleshooting macros.
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or a strong willingness to learn and apply it.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal (German not mandatory)
Currently enrolled at a University, Fachhochschule or similar
