Grade/Salary: Grade E, SCP 9 to 15. Pro Rata equals £20,972 to £25,927

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Terms: Full Time - Term Time

37 hours per week. Hours may be negotiable

he Governors are seeking to appoint and experience, effective and highly motivated Examinations Officer who can also assist with other duties within the school office.

You will have responsibility for the administration, organisation and smooth running of all public and internal examinations. Working with minimal supervision you need to be pro-active and keep up to date with examination rules and be able assist in the recruitment and training of exam invigilators.

Along with having a high degree of accuracy the ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and have excellent time management skills along with proven experience of analysing and interpreting data. You must be confident on the use of ICT packages especially excel and SIMS.

The additional weeks are worked at busy periods and must include a minimum of one week in August as you would have the responsibility of ensuring the pupils results are printed and organised ready for collection on results day and also ensue SIMS is ready for the new school year.
