Product Manager - Fraud Risk (m/f/d)

As the Product Manager – Fraud Risk (m/f/d) in Customer Risk, you will be part of a cross-functional, agile product team responsible for our central risk decision platform in e-commerce, payments, and banking. Your core objective is to move forward the development of this platform by driving our efforts in fraud detection and prevention and creating value for our internal stakeholders and external customers.
- You lead the product development activities for the area of fraud risk, including prioritization, product discovery and delivery across multiple product lines
- You drive the end-to-end product execution, working alongside our engineering teams, fraud and risk, data science teams and experience teams to identify and implement technology solutions in support of our internal users and our customers
- You manage, prioritize and own the product roadmap for fraud prevention capabilities
- You understand the market and the competitive landscape, internal stakeholders and their constraints as well as the tech setup and organization
- You contribute to and ensure alignment with the overarching product strategy
- You collaborate with risk & data analysts for data-driven product discovery and decision-making
- You spread the product vision & strategy and foster technology-enabled innovation by providing direction and closely involving the tech teams
- You identify and assess new technological solutions and evaluate external providers for or risk assessment and fraud prevention

- You have at least 3 years of experience working on technology-powered products as a product manager/owner, in payments, e-commerce or banking, ideally in risk and fraud management
- You demonstrated the ability to develop solutions for hard problems, recognizing key dependencies across teams and considering the relevant business constraints
- You have a strong sense of ownership and motivation to drive innovation and change in a fast-paced environment
- You possess excellent skills in analyzing and leveraging data for structured decision-making
- You are familiar with agile software development practices and processes
- You demonstrated the ability to lead, drive consensus, and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
- You are fluent in English as the main working language
- You are willing to move quickly and decisively to resolve urgent problems
