For the international launch of our strategic Electronic Medical Record ORBIS (U) we are looking for you in one of our Dedalus locations or 100% remote in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, UK as a
Pre-Sales Specialist (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:

You assist the regions in defining the high-level solution of the deal in collaboration with technical/functional specialists, bid manager and sales

You assist the regions in generating the tender responses in collaboration with technical/functional specialists, bid manager and sales
-
Provide product presentations and demonstrations (both online and onsite)
-
Handling hands-on sessions with customers
-
You maintain 1 central reference demo system
-
You have a governance role in setting up and maintaining a virtual presales community with the regions to share experiences and best practices including default tender responses

Helping our regional sales teams to provide the best solution for our customers
Your qualifications and skill requirements:
-
A degree in computer science or medical informatics, alternatively a completed IT-technical training and / or pharmaceutical-technical, medical or nursing training
-
If possible, professional experience in one of the areas of ward communication, OR, anesthesia, intensive care, nursing workstation, inpatient and/or outpatient patient administration - but also welcome HealthCare IT consultants

Languages: Fluent in German and English. Knowledge in French would be a plus
-
Experience as an engineer/consultant supporting clients in a high tech or software environment (ideally within Healthcare IT) is a plus
You bring along:

Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Self-motivated with history of remote work

You have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including public-speaking skills

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong Leadership skills – Is accountable and takes ownership for tasks/issues escalated to the team and acts as a facilitator when required

Commitment to teamwork and ability to foster productive working relations with internal and external groups

Willingness to travel in the regions where ORBIS is deployed (appr. 10% of your time)
