We are now currently looking to hire a Team Assistant on a full-time basis to support our operation in Munich.

• Management of the daily office routine
• Create and process documents (orders, correspondence)
• Checking consultants' hourly bookings
• Booking travel and travel expense reports
• Organisation of local events
• Collaborate with central event team on global events
• Support with marketing and sales activities
• Onboarding new employees
• Supporting the assistant to the managing director

• Completed commercial qualification
• Professional and positive attitude and enjoy working in a team
• Strong communication skills
• Professional and service-oriented interaction with our business partners
• Independent and self-reliant way of working
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Very good user skills in MS Office, especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Basic accounting skills
