Keen Games
Join a team of super dedicated people!
Keen Games is an independent developer with a long history of developing games for PC, consoles, handhelds and mobile. Working at Keen Games means working with super experienced, passionate and humble people. We are ambitious and want to define the survival action-RPG genre.
For the first time ever, Keen has built a team to self-publish Enshrouded. Join us now and help us make our next game a hit!
As Junior Community Manager , we are looking for someone to join our team and help us build our community and manage the day-to-day community operations on Enshrouded during American time zones. Under the leadership of the Senior Community Manager, you will be the voice of the community for our audiences in the Americas.
Your key responsibilities are engaging our players, educating them on key features, content and roadmap, and moderating as necessary. Help a team of volunteer moderators keep the community welcoming, leading by example. Work hand-in-hand with the QA and customer service teams to identify bugs and issues, as well as gather player feedback, on the game’s Discord server, as well as the Steam forums, throughout closed testing, Early Access, and beyond. Collaborate with the design team to ensure the timely delivery of player feedback, to make Enshrouded the best it can be. Monitor our social channels and engage with our users using social media management software. Contribute to our editorial calendar and help with ideation and content creation. Assist with regular reporting on community matters and social metrics.
Strong communication skills in English and experience in managing game communities, including Discord moderation and bot management, are a must. A strong sense of initiative and ownership of issues is strongly desired. Fluency in any additional language, such as Spanish or Portuguese, is a big plus. You may be occasionally required to travel to participate in game events and conventions.
This position is fully remote (occasional international travel may be required).
As a Junior Community Manager at Keen Games you will be offered:
We believe in kindness, acceptance, support, and hard work. We also believe in having lots of fun.
We value your personality and passion.
For us, personality and passion comes before education. You’ll always be supported by your Keen Games family, but you have a lot of responsibility for your own work, meaning working independently is something you are used to.
If this sounds like you, then what are you waiting for!?
Keen is committed to diversity and inclusion and we strongly encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply. We are also committed to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint, which is why we are a founding member of Gamesforest Club.
