AUFGABENSTELLUNG

Umsetzung von FAI-, Standard- und speziellen Produktprüfplänen unter Berücksichtigung der Designvorgaben sowie Erarbeitung von Prüf- und Messkonzepten
Erstellen, Aktualisieren, Korrigieren, Referenzieren und Freigabe von Prüfplänen
Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von (P)FMEA und Erstellung von Prozesslenkungsplänen (Control Plan) in Zusammenarbeit mit einem multifunktionalem Team (MFT)
Aufbereitung der Konstruktionsdaten als Prüfvorgabe für die manuelle Vermessung und/oder 3D- Vermessung von Bauteilen
Erstellung, Pflege und Steuerung der Prüfvorgaben
Ableiten von Qualitätsmerkmalen aus Vorschriften und Richtlinien

ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATION (ANFORDERUNGEN/PROFIL)

Techniker(in) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Fachkenntnisse über die Fertigungs- und Montagekonzepte im Werk Nordenham
Kenntnisse in CATIA V5 und CCD
DV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP/R3)
Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an neuen technischen Methoden
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
