This VIE position based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, is for young graduates looking for an international experience in a strong growing finance group during a 12 months assignment (renewable).

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.

Descriptif du poste

You will be part of the franco-german team composed of 14 people and in charge of implementing key group initiatives.

Here are examples of past / current projects where the team has been involved: strategic initiatives (Group transformation & businesses strategy); corporate development (ex: Landolt & Cie, partnerships with ABN AMRO, BBVA…); new & tools & IT (ex: development of a core banking system, new corporate day-to-day tools); corporate initiatives (ex: transformation of our real estate strategy & work environment), etc.

Under the responsibility of a Senior Project Manager, you will have to independently set up, monitor and deliver group-wide projects in the area of strategic development, process optimization, IT, regulatory affairs, and post-merger integration.

Projects carried by the team aim to increase efficiency, create new income and improve external / internal client experience.

Your main missions will be:

• To set-up the project framework and goals together with the sponsor, Managing Partner or Senior Manager of the Group: define the project governance, tools, timeline and task list & responsibilities.
• To coordinate, during the project, streams work, leverage appropriate experts and be the main point of contact; having in mind the idea to optimize and adapt business processes in cooperation with the business units
• To monitor the delivery in time and budget
• To prepare reporting updates for the top management
• To support change management and be, internally, an ambassador of the project

Profil et compétences recherchées

• You have successfully completed university degree in economics, natural sciences, or engineering
• You have a first experience in project management : you have a first approach of project management methods, especially in the areas of project planning and controlling, project risk and resource management, etc.
• You have a good understanding of our businesses, processes and IT systems
• You have excellent presentation structuring skills, good verbal, written and analytical skills
• You have a high capacity for teamwork, flexibility, and very high willingness to work hard on different topics
• You are business fluent in French and English, and you have good knowledge of German
