In this project you will be part of a groundbreaking project with a renowned automotive manufacturer. We're looking for a talented UI/UX Design Support to fill a freelance part-time, 11-month position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st & 2nd level support for Frontify, Figma, Protopie, and Userzoom.
• Onboard/administer new users, address tickets via SC3 & support mailbox.
• Interface with 3rd level support, document faults/solutions, analyze requests.
• Conduct plugin checks/releases, open source checks, and track updates.

Documentation:

• Maintain/Update operating, user, and service manuals.
• Expand know-how database.

Qualifications:

• Experience in UI/UX tools support.
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
• Familiarity with SC3, ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical/documentation skills.
