The Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Faculty of Natural Sciences III invites applications for the
position of a
Research fellow (m/f/d)
in the DFG-funded Collaborative Research Centre (CRC) SNP2Prot "Plant Proteoform Diversity".
The position is funded from 1 October 2024 to 30 June 2028 in full time (100 %). Salaries will be according
to Entgeltgruppe 13 TV-L depending on the assigned tasks and individual qualifications.
Tasks:
and computational prediction of putative proteoform candidates with high functional proteoform variation.

quences, gene structures, and their genomic context;

other omics data, and 3D-structural data for elucidating the effects of non-coding SNPs in and near pu-
tative transcription factor binding sites.
