Your Job:
You are the first point of contact for our guests for all questions relating to their reservation.
You will keep up to date with the services and offers of our hotels: Our guests feel very well advised and will be happy to book with you again.
Satisfied guests - you are in close contact with the hotels and pass on their personal wishes for a perfect stay.
You will processing guest reservations via all our communication channels.
Your profile:
A Guest Service Associate must multi-task (talk, type, search multiple screens) without impact to the guest. Must be computer savvy and have the ability to type and utilize keyboard functions to navigate multiple programs and screens quickly and accurately. You have strong telephone, computer skills, good organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team.
You are fluent in English and one of these languages:
French / German / Italian
If you speak fluently a third or fourth language of any of above languages, we offer a monthly language bonus of €100 gross.
