LOCATION: Munich, Germany (Office-based)
Accounts & General Affairs Administrator Core Duties:
- General Affairs duties including day to day organisation of the site administrative and organisational tasks
- Handling secretarial duties, reception, telephone and mail and parcel traffic, office and general administration
- Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies etc.
- Logistics business support such as inventory management, managing orders and shipments
- Accounting support - bookkeeping, managing expenses etc.
- Accounting-related data entry, reporting to the head office in Japan, VAT submission (outsourcing) etc.
- Corresponding and answering phone calls and emails
Accounts & General Affairs Administrator Ideal Candidate
- Native level of fluent in English and Japanese (German preferable)
- Experience of using SAP
- An interest and understanding of Japanese culture are ideal
- Proficient on Microsoft Excel
