We are looking for service agents (m/f/d) to support the booking transactions of an airline with very good French language skills.

The position is open for part- and fulltime employees.

Your duties include:

- booking flights
- cancel / change travel details
- supporting customers with limitations (wheelchairs, babies, oversized luggage etc.)
- meal reservations
- reply to questions concerning the frequent flyer loyalty programme

Our requirements:

- fluent in French and English
- focus on solutions not problems
- can work shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- solid personality
