The EMEA Bodyshop Training team are seeking a Bodyshop Vehicle Damage Assessor – Trainer. The position requires someone who is flexible, highly organized, and hard working. Individuals should have a passion for and an understanding of personal development through the training process. Individuals must have outstanding communication, presentation and organizational skills while demonstrating a positive, motivational, and professional appearance. The Bodyshop Vehicle Damage Assessor – Trainer will be responsible for facilitating instructor led trainings to support the development of the Bodyshop front of house teams within our internal Bodyshop locations around EMEA.
What You’ll Do
- To deliver technical and project-based training programmes in house at Tesla Body Repair centres within EMEA or at one of the Tesla Training centres
- Develop and maintain training programs, materials, assessments and work in collaboration with other trainers and the instructional design team
- Plan training program rollouts for assigned areas, assess business needs related to training, and deliver high quality, needs-based training
- Deliver required training on estimating systems using the country specific estimating system (Audatex, Cabas, CCC One or DBS)
- To carry out work in a manner compliant to EHS policies adhering to manufacturer and industry guidelines
- deliver training around systems and operation of the front of house department of Tesla body repair centres.
- Help develop new and modify existing online courses using common eLearning platforms (Articulate Storyline)
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience within bodyshop learning and development is preferred
- Proficient with Computers, Estimating Software and manufacturer repair programs
- Motivated self-starter able to identify issues and propose solutions without being asked
- Demonstrated project management, organizational and communication - written and verbal- skills
- Interacts professionally and confidently with individuals at all levels within the organization and support different time zones in a timely manner
- Experience in content development is desirable
- A valid European passport, valid driving license and a clean driving record are required
