Project Coordinator (Internships team) in München bei JetBrains

We are looking for a project coordinator to support our team with workflow management and help us coordinate and improve the internship experience at JetBrains. For over 8 years now, we have been working closely with the Product and Research teams, enabling them to find talented interns. We are always searching for new ways to evolve and provide the best solutions to university students and our colleagues alike.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with our HR and Legal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Keep track of candidates’ paperwork, corresponding with applicants accordingly.
• Perform analysis of internship-related data, such as applications and feedback.
• Develop efficient solutions to tasks that can be made less resource-intensive.
