ABOUT THE JOB

Gunzilla Games is looking for an Office Administrator, to work at our Frankfurt Studio where you will help oversee all daily office operations, including managing communal spaces and liaising with external contacts and vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Office Administrator, you will:

Be responsible for all office-related administrative work.
Manage facilities across the office, including helping with Office design i.e. layout and ergonomics etc
Take responsibility for ensuring the office and facilities comply with current German health and safety laws and requirements
Coordinate with vendors to make sure office supplies, catering/lunches, snacks, & drinks are always stocked.
Work closely with HR regarding new hire onboarding, and helping with employee relocations, as required
Collaboration with IT for the management and administration of tech equipment.
Take responsibility for the financial administration of office operational expenses
Collaborate with our Marketing team to provide help on organizing events

REQUIREMENTS

1+ years of strong previous experience in Office Administration or receptionist
Experience with and knowledge of current German health and safety regulations
Experience in liaising with outside contacts, vendors ensuring timely deliveries etc
Good communication skills in English, German, Ukrainian and Russian.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem solver with the ability to take the initiative when necessary
Outgoing, and diplomatic with a poised professional demeanour; able to work independently or alongside a team.
