Job Description
As an integration engineer, you will provide first class customer support. Your primary mission is to ensure customer satisfaction, especially after a piece of new equipment was purchased on Vention.io. You will track all points of customer engagement, addressing customer queries, and identifying ways to improve our customer services. We are looking for a technical thinker whose expertise results in excellent customer relationship management and a positive brand image. More specifically:
- You will become a technical expert on Vention’s flagship products and help our customers make the most of their Vention equipment
- You will support our customers along the entire sales cycle and streamline their customer experience
- You will act as the project manager for the delivery and remote commissioning of complex equipment, ensuring coordination between all stakeholders internally and externally
- You will conduct post-sale 101 training sessions, which include technical onboarding, assembly training, maintenance, and technical support with equipment commissioning
- You will add proactive prevention and troubleshooting of logistics/delivery issues (primary liaison between ops & sales & clients)
- You will process operational/logistics tasks such as order processing, order follow-up, returns, Zendesk admin etc.
- You will proactively engage with customers within our community page and via other means (surveys, calls, etc.)
- You monitor and compile NPS survey results and report to the organization
- You monitor phone calls and ensure proper routing in the organization
- You partake in weekly case meeting, helping to identify opportunity to improve customer service and customer experience
- You consult with other departments to drive continuous improvement projects positively affecting the customer experience
Qualifications
- You have a strong interest in engineering and ideally a Mechanical/ Electrical/ Robotics Engineering Degree
- You speak English fluently and other languages are a plus
- You bring a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a client-facing role
- You are a strong communicator and are at ease presenting to clients
- You have a passion for serving clients and the ability to listen and detect client needs
- You have diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
- You have shown the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
