Senior Manager Sales Channel Excellence in Hamburg bei Olympus Europa SE & Co KG (OEKG)

Your responsibilities

• Support the lead and scaling of existing/new channels i.e. Inside Sales/Digital Sales into different regions, product and customer groups
• As a Business Partner, be the bridge between Business Units and Regions
• Constantly review implementation progress and refine approach as required (agile)
• Enhance SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) frameworks to increase the effectiveness of a hybrid Sales Forces through regular analysis and optimization of business processes
• Closely align and review processes and KPIs with regional and business unit stakeholders
• Manage and develop SFE-sales trainings with businesses and Training & Education team
• Be the 'bridge' between Business Units and regions

Your qualification

• Degree in business administrations
• Ideally relevant experience in a top tier consulting company or agency
• Project management knowledge, resilience and ability to work on several parallel work streams
• Ability to analyze complex data and put together effective concise reports/ recommendations while meeting all deadlines
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, and to lead without authority is preferred
• Potential experience in/with steering and set-up of sales channels with a particular focus on digital interaction is a plus
• Deep understanding of commercial processes in the MedTech or comparable industry is preferred
• Team-player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Profound knowledge of Sales Force Effectiveness
• Hands-on mentality
• Business Fluent in English (oral and written) and one other European language (like French) would be a plus
